Hiding column status is not saved under my fleet

Hi CommunityWhy is the status of the hidden columns not saved in the fleet list? After refreshing the page, all columns are always displayed again. I have tried different browsers, but it is the same for all of them. Have I missed something?Fortunately, the position of the columns is saved. As a workaround, I move the columns that I don't want to see to the back.Regards, Stefan

Layout Fotte Übersichtsseite

Kann man das Layout dahingehend ändern, damit auf der Übersichtsseite mehr Geräte sichtbar werden?Es ist zwar möglich Filtermarkierungen zu entfernen sowie Spalten zu sperren, diese sind aber nach Neuanmeldungwieder auf Standard zurückgestellt.--Can you change the layout so that more devices are visible on the overview page?It is possible to remove filter markings and lock columns, but these are only possible after a new registrationreset to default.

Service document in "Manager Classic / Service"

Hello all!We are trying to add documents to two different services for one asset in “Classic”.We created two documents, one related to the 50-hour maintenance and a second related to the 250-hour maintenance. We then created a 50-hour service and set up an email warning to anyone concerned. We also created a 250-hour service with an email warning as well.The problem is that in any of the two services, when we select a document, for example, the 50-hour document, it is set automatically in both services. P.S. Please don’t tell me to use Manager service; for many reasons, it is not ready to use. Support team is already working on it for us.This is why we still use Classic… Can someone help me with this?

If I want to revisit the locations of the plant and equipment that were on a particular site many months ago, is there a way to regenerate the information on the google map in Fleet Home ?

Manage Custom Fields

Hello all!« Manage Custom Fields » was recently added to Manager in the “Specification” menu.We started to use the following fields: Engine Fuel Type, Engine manufacturer, Engine model, Engine serial number.From the menu “My Fleet”, I don’t see the information entered in the fields mentioned above.Does anyone have a clue why?My expectation would be to extract an Excel table from “My Fleet” and see this valuable information. Thanks to anyone who could provide new details or information on the subject.

How do you service your assets?

Today, we offer service planning based on operating hours, calendar and distance. I'd love to hear if there are any other parameters you use for servicing your asset that are also important.
