Verify is a very powerful tool. It plays a big role when you install devices, if you need to troubleshoot, or when you want to edit data on your devices. But it can be quite overwhelming 😅

So, we’re curious to know:

  1. What are your pain points when it comes to Verify?

  2. What is the most helpful information you get from Verify?

  3. Are there features you’re missing in Verify?

  4. Where do you access Verify from - mobile, computer - and how is that experience?

Help us build a great experience by leaving your feedback in the comments below. Your input is super valuable to us 💡

Cheers,

I use verify daily on my computer to troubleshoot some issues including While doing Visual Quality Inspections

1- run hours, when run hours are entered incorrectly for a machine, it can be corrected via verify

2- Checking Can-Bus data from machines and the Can profile applied, also being able to change the can profile via verify

3- checking Power supply voltage, changing input configuration when needed

Some of the pain points of verify

1- sometimes the can profile applied at point of install does not appear for a while after installation
2- sometimes the can profile shown in verify is different from the actual profile applied (?!)
3- machine metadata sometimes does not appear for some installs (does not happen often)
4- Can activity is not always correct ( problem is mostly fixed after 64.04 firmware for TU600)

helpful information from verify

1- power supply

2- firmware

3- Can activity

4- Last can data

5- Engine hours

6- Can profile

7- input configuration
8- GPS signal

beside the mentioned issues, using verify is a good and quick experience
