Hi all!

👋 My name is Stine (STEE-neh) and I’m the Community Manager here at Trackunit 👋  I work out of Denmark and at the time of writing this post I’ve been with Trackunit for close to 3 years, most of which I’ve spent working on our Help Center. I have worked with support communities since 2014 and love being in this interface between those who build and those who use the product. Outside of work I enjoy dancing, travelling, and seeing live music. So if you’re in Denmark and need a concert buddy - you can find me front and center singing my heart out! 🙉😄I’m super excited to meet all of you and learn more about how we can better support you in your journey to eliminate downtime! Hi all 👋My name is Rasmus, and I head up the Customer Experience and Support functions here at Trackunit. I'm thrilled to serve as one of the pillars in ensuring your Trackunit experience is nothing short of exceptional. With a decade of experience in the Software-as-a-Service industry, I've worn various hats in Customer Success, Technical Support, and Customer Experience Operations.Having joined the Trackunit family in August 2022, I'm relatively new to the team but incredibly excited about the journey ahead 🚀When I'm not busy championing customer satisfaction, you can often find me on the field or court, indulging in my passion for sports. Football ⚽ and padel tennis 🎾 are my go-to activities when I'm not at work.I look forward to facilitating and joining in on many interesting discussions in the time to come.
