Resolved by support! The Hide historical data (Göm historiska uppgifter) needed to be unticked.

Where can i do it?

Hi @Juris Vavilovs - thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

The option to hide historical data is under Classic Rights and you can configure it in the Users tab under Administration.

You can read more about how to manage users on your account here - note you need to be an account admin to edit users.
