We all love the circle of connectivity that Trackunit Kin provides, but sometimes firmware updates are needed to keep that connectivity at it peak. It can only be done under specific conditions. Here are a few tips to updating your Kin.
- Check if the protective sticker still covers the Kin’s LED. If not, you can’t update the firmware.
- If the Kin tag was removed from your account, the unit can be onboarded again.
Open the Trackunit Go app; it’ll detect if the Kin needs an update and prompt you.
