How can i change My User ID from my name to my company’s name.

can you elaborate on what you refer to as User ID? Or where in the manager you’re trying to change that?

We’re wondering if you are referring to your Manager account’s username log-in.. because if that is the case there is an option to change the user name if you are the admin(owner).

You may send an email 📧 to Tech Support (support@trackunit.com) to request the username change. 

However, if you are not the admin(owner), the only way is to delete your current user profile and create a new profile with the desired username.
