Yes correct, I’m enquiring about loosing access to Trackunit Manager once the subscription expires. In particular I’d like to know if there’s a way to receive an alert few days before that the subscription expires or if  I can extract a list of expiration dates of all the users of the portal I give access to.

Hi @LauraB! Your subscriptions are connected to your purchase and expiry dates is set up according to your Trackunit contract. Your sales rep/contact person can help you here. 

Out of curiosity - are you looking for a way to be notified and get overview of users or are you truing to solve something else?

Hi Stine, yes, I’m looking for a way to be notified but manly to get an overview of users date of expiry dates.
