To address this matter technically, follow these steps:

  1. Locate and Reboot the Telematic Device: If the anomaly persists, pinpoint the telematic device in question. Proceed to initiate a reboot by disconnecting the device from its power supply. Allow for a 10 to 20-minute interval before reconnecting the device to the power supply.
