i installed a TU600-25 trackunit in november 2023 in a 2023 SANY SY50U excavator, with can connected to can3, now, a year later, when i start the machine, 10 seconds after starting the engine, a P802 code appears on the screen. i unplug the trackunit, start the machine, no codes, i replaced the module, no P802, until i activate the device in verify, then P802 reappear on the screen. i double checked the wiring, i’m connected on CN-201F deutsch plug, canh and canl are on the right wire, i have 60 ohm so it’s non-terminated. and voltage is 2.3v and 2.6v. seems that we have the same issue on SY60 and SY80 models. anyone came across similar issues?

hii am creating service plan 2000k hrs service, and updating to recurrent service to offset.but my asset service due is not offset it comes fixed, for eg TT-1212 SERVICE ASSIGN ON 32400 HRS so due should be 34400hrs but it will be due on 34000 hrs. can you help me creating service plan.
