I am trying to complete the migration process for Abertax Technologies Ltd account.

I migrated Zones and POI and Services with no issues.

For the Alarms, I am having an issue with one alert. I tried multiple times to delete and migrate it, however I get the message “The migration was partially completed” and the alert remains there.

I tried to locate it in the alarms section of classic, however it is not listed.

I am not sure but could the issue be related to the fact that the alarm was assigned, a few years ago, to a unit whose name has since been changed?

I need to get rid of this alert to be able to migrate clients and complete the process.
