How to create a new service provider?

Hello everyone!I am an AdminOwner. That seems to make me the service provider for all our service plans.I would like to assign the title of service provider to some users so that they can “resolve” the services themselves. How would that be possible?Any help will be much appreciated!  Thank you all.

Hi ​@Daniel B- thank you for your question. In order to resolve services users need to be assigned the roles of Admin, Fleet Admin, or technician.
