My name is Rasmus, and I head up the Customer Experience and Support functions here at Trackunit. I'm thrilled to serve as one of the pillars in ensuring your Trackunit experience is nothing short of exceptional. With a decade of experience in the Software-as-a-Service industry, I've worn various hats in Customer Success, Technical Support, and Customer Experience Operations.

Having joined the Trackunit family in August 2022, I'm relatively new to the team but incredibly excited about the journey ahead

When I'm not busy championing customer satisfaction, you can often find me on the field or court, indulging in my passion for sports. Football and padel tennis are my go-to activities when I'm not at work.
