With a decade of experience in the Software-as-a-Service industry, I've worn various hats in Customer Success, Technical Support, and Customer Experience Operations.
Having joined the Trackunit family in August 2022, I'm relatively new to the team but incredibly excited about the journey ahead 🚀
When I'm not busy championing customer satisfaction, you can often find me on the field or court, indulging in my passion for sports. Football ⚽ and padel tennis 🎾 are my go-to activities when I'm not at work.
