We have 8 units on with Track Unit, 4 of which the machines have been sold. Can we please cancel these units.

 

The 4 remaining units can we have dates they are up for renewal or when we can cancel the units

Hi @Heather - and welcome to the community! For cancellation of your units, please write an e-mail to revenueandbilling@trackunit.com and include the serial numbers of the units in question. They’ll take it from there.
