Generac MLT6 SKDS light towers, quantity 18, no in depth telematics still

I have been trying to get the telematics set up (including fuel level, etc) for almost 2 months but have been tossed around and forgotten about numerous times.  I signed for a telematics plan to gain more visibility into unit details, especially fuel level.  I still cannot view the fuel level.  The towers are being used extensively and I really need to this set up, this is causing us serious issues.
