I can't see any machines

Hello;

I’m Mario Marr and Service manager for Bobcat and responsible for the complete German Market. I have a caccess to the trackunit system but I can’t see any machine. It is possible that I can see with my access all the registered Bobcat Machines (produced by Magni) in Germany. I see currently only this:

Hello Mario 😄, 

After looking into this issue, your user account is not correctly set. Unfortunately you don’t have access to any units.

To solved this issue it will be needed to delete the user account and recreate it with access to the all fleet and do not select the Hide Historical data : 

 

 

You can contact your Administrator to do this change.

The Administrator has changed my account and now I see all machines.
