Hello,

while viewing my machine list, the entire machine list disappeared.

This is only the case on the laptop, as well as with other login details of other users in the name of INTERRENT.

via google chrome the list on the laptop never worked...
on the PC we see the list without any problems.

what could this be?
this incident is only on the laptop.
via Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge.

There is no point in restarting the laptop either...

I hope you can give me an explanation for this?

coincidentally I tried this via Firefox. and that indeed works. Is there a possibility that this can work again on Chrome and Edge? or will this never come back? Thanks for the quick response.

Hello @Simon techniek,

We could resolve it on Chrome by clearing cache & cookies using this process : 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Clear browsing data.
  3. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
  4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
  5. Click Clear data.

And here the process for Edge : 

  1. In Edge, select Settings and more  > Settings  > Cookies and site permissions.

  2. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete.

  3. Select the down arrow  to the right of the site whose cookies you want to delete and select Delete .

Cookies for the site you selected are now deleted. Repeat this step for any site whose cookies you want to delete.
