Previously, to activate the TU600, I think communication would not start unless you applied for a serial number etc. at the support center.

Has the method changed now?

Is it now possible to register and display the fleet list in the manager a few days after purchase without applying for it?

 

以前はTU600のアクティベートをするには、サポートセンターにシリアル番号を申請をしないと、通信が開始されませんでした。

現在は方法が変わったのですか?

申請しなくても購入数日後に、managerのフリート一覧に登録・表示がされるようになったのですか?

Hi @SAK,

The method for unit activation is the following : when you receive your new unit(s) our colleagues from Revenue & Billing are activating them on Manager and transfer them to your account.

It usually take few days for the unit to be activated on your account from the factory shipping.

By "receive the new unit" do you mean "delivered"?
Then should we just wait until the Trackunit rep completes activation?
