A fully charged internal battery must be around 4.10V : you can have this information from Verify :
The battery will remain charged with the power supply, it the unit lost the power supply the internal battery will take over. We will continue to receive the data from the unit until the battery discharged.
The unit will be off after less than 3.7V.
Its not related to the Key ON Key OFF. Can you provide me more details if you need more explanation on that please?
