Trackunit Manager is a great tool to manage your telematics, sometimes we run into problems.

Common issues include:

Data Delays finding your assets.

Data delays updating the metadata of your assets.

Being unable to see your fleet in the main menu.


You can view the status of Trackunit manager at 
 
https://status.trackunit.com/

When Manager is encountering issues, we will have an update flag displayed in the bottom left corner.

You can view each incident in the Status Page and subscribe to each encounter for email updates.
Here’s a quick guide on the process.

Open the Status Webpage.
Find the incident occurring. (Highlighted in red)
Subscribe to the incident.
Receive email updates on the incident.
