We have a TU700 that still behaves as if set to “Unlocked for key” though we have changed it to “Unlocked for all”.
It’s not a connectivity issue.

Hi Martin,
What you describe sounds like it could be related to the firmware version. I'd recommend checking your current firmware version by going to Asset home > Telematics > Device actions (at the bottom of the page). The latest version is 2.2.15 - if you're not on this version, click the Firmware update button.
This should resolve the unlock setting behavior. Let me know if you need help with the update process or if the issue persists after updating the Firmware.

After changing the configuration to “Unlocked for key” and then back to “Unlocked for all” the unit now works properly.
