Hi,
I connected a TU700 instead of a TU600, and still, I cannot find the device in Verify. The message I receive when I type in the serial number is “An unexpected error occurred while trying to fetch device identity. Server returned no data”. I have attached a screenshot of the error I got. The light pattern on the TU700 is correct (steady green, blinking red), and the wiring is correct, but the TU700 is not detectable. Could you help me in this case?

In order to solve this issue, we’ve created a ticket.
The issue seems to coming from the activation and we will need to have more information. COuld you provide in your mail the unit serial number and notify that your are writing after my request ?
