Have you ever reported an issue using your 🚛 Machine's details and the Tech Supporter that receives the case tells you they don't have your machine in their records and is asking for a serial number. 

Quite annoying isn't it? 😤 Where would you be able to find the serial number they are asking you for.

One tip from a Trackunit Tech Supporter, as soon as you have your unit activated, you can have it customized to your preference once it is in your account. 😃

We have our Specifications tab available to both Trackunit Manager and Trackunit Go app where you can fill in information like the name of unit, brand of equipment, type, model, production year, and VIN to easily identify your asset in the system.

Once saved, this information will be updated to all our platforms. So you can just provide us the name you have given your machine and we can look it up easily from our end. 👌
