Can the Trackunit prevent theft ?

Monitor the movement of your assets and receive alerts if they leave a predefined area to keep your fleet secure.

Setup alert in simple steps:

Sign in to Trackunit manager, Create new alert, Choose the Site-based Theft Alert.
Set the site for which you want to get Triggers.
Select Assets in the site that need to be monitored.
Choose the People that need to be notified of these alerts.
Set the name of your alert, review the alert configuration, and click Create alert.

How do you set up the people to be alerted?? Mine does the email alerts, is it possible for the system to send an alert by text message??

Hi @john87 - thank you for your question You can find guides on all the alerts in our help center here: https://help.trackunit.com/en/articles/137636-how-do-i-work-with-alerts-in-trackunit-manager - hopefully that will answer how you can set up people to be alerted.

It’s only email notifications, but I encourage you to create an Idea here https://community.trackunit.com/ideas for our Product team to consider.
