Satrak unit does not update? (For UK Customers)

Do a hard reboot 

Disconnect the main Satrak unit/device from the power supply for 20 minutes and pull the sim card out. After 20 minutes put everything back together and the unit should update. If this does not work, we can have a look into arranging an engineer to come out and check the unit and see if it needs replacing.
