This occurs when the hours start are the same as the total hours coming from canbus. The hours start gets added onto the canbus hours causing doubled total hours.
- Double check ensure you are getting hours via canbus in New Manager or Verify.
A. Search serial number
B. Click arrow to see latest can data
C. Confirm engine total hours are coming in via canbus
Note: If the machine doesnt provide hours via canbus the unit will count hours on the input 1 wire.
- After confirming your getting hours via canbus go to Manager Classic then click the settings tab. Search for asset then hit edit.
- Change hours start to 0 and click save.
- The total hours in Manager will now adjust and match the total hours coming from canbus.
