This can happen for several reasons:

1. if the Kin tag is not within range (400m / 1312ft in optimal conditions) of an active RAW (TU600) or mobile phone with Trackunit Go installed;
2. if mobile phones with Trackunit Go installed have Kin data transfer disabled;
3. Kin battery is depleted.

If the Kin tag is still in range of a active RAW (TU600), what can be happening is:

1. The RAW (TU600) does not have cellular connection to transmit data;
2. The machine equipped with the RAW (TU600) ran out of battery;
3. The RAW (TU600) does not have Bluetooth enabled.
