Hello 🖐 and welcome! My name is Dustin, a Senior Technical Support Specialist here at Trackunit. I’m based out of Canada 🇨🇦. I am a relatively new hire, but I’ve been in customer and technical support for over a decade. On a personal side, I have been snowboarding for over 20 years. 👋 My name is Stine (STEE-neh) and I’m the Community Manager here at Trackunit 👋 I work out of Denmark and at the time of writing this post I’ve been with Trackunit for close to 3 years, most of which I’ve spent working on our Help Center. I have worked with support communities since 2014 and love being in this interface between those who build and those who use the product. Outside of work I enjoy dancing, travelling, and seeing live music. How do I manage notifications from the community?Community Guidelines
You can manage all e-mail notifications from the community on the Settings page in your profile menu. Here you can (un)subscribe to e-mails for specific events. Click on your profile in the top right corner and select Settings from the drop down menu. Receive e-mail notifications from your topic subscriptionsDefault setting: YesYou will receive an e-mail when there is a new reply in a topic that you are subscribed to. If you open the e-mail and visit the topic you will continue receiving e-mails for new replies. If you ignore this e-mail you will no longer receive e-mails for new replies on this topic.Receive e-mail notifications when a best answer is marked in your subscribed topicsDefault setting: YesYou will receive an e-mail when a topic that you are subscribed to receives a best answer.Receive e-mail notifications for new topics in your subscribed categoriesDefault setting: YesYou will receive an e-mail every time there is a new topic posted in a category that you are subscribed

The purpose of Trackunit Community is to connect construction across the globe and exchange knowledge to eliminate downtime. Diversity is our strength. To keep our community happy and productive, we ask that you keep a few basic ground rules in mind:Be welcoming, friendly, and patient. Some members are new to telematics - you were there once yourself, remember? Some are seasoned professionals and subject matter experts. Not everyone is a native English speaker. This shows your appreciation and helps other community members find the right solution quickly. Be active. You joined this community to solve problems, and you expect solutions. We are here to support and learn from each other, so be generous, curious, and kind.The goal is to answer all requests as soon as possible, but if you sit with a very urgent matter we suggest you contact Technical Support by opening a ticket or calling them How does it work?Trackunit Community is your support hub. From here you can ask questions, get inspiration, share your knowledge, help peers, and provide input to the features in development through the Product Portal.When you type your issue into the search bar the site will search both Help Center and Community for solutions to your problem.
