Get an Access Denied requesting keys on access-management api

I'm trying to access the keys found in the Classic Manager under Toegangscontrole (Access Control).I suppose this is the Access Management API.So I'm trying to call it as follows:/api/access-management/keys?page=0&showActive=true&showExpired=true&showFuture=true&size=20I'm using a correct Bearer authentication (that works fine with the get groups call).But when requesting the 'keys' I get a 403 - Access DeniedAny idea why I cannot access this via the API?

Assistance with GraphQL Query for INPUT1 and INPUT2

Dear Trackunit Support,I am working on retrieving data for input signals (INPUT1 and INPUT2) for a specific day using the GraphQL API, but I am unsure if I am using the correct query parameter.I am currently using the following query;query GetInngangData2 {  asset(id: "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000004635074") {    assetId    timeSeries {      rangeQuery(        start: "2025-02-04T00:00:00.000Z"        end: "2025-02-05T00:00:00.000Z"        query: "INPUT1,INPUT2"        step: "PT1H"      ) {        data {          ... on TimeSeriesMatrixData {            result {              values {                timestamp                value              }            }          }        }      }    }  }}I am trying to retrieve input 1 and input 2 values for each hour (PT1H) within a day.My questions:Are "INPUT1" and "INPUT2" the correct metric names for these input values, or should I use different names? How to create a new service provider?

Hello everyone!I am an AdminOwner. That seems to make me the service provider for all our service plans.I would like to assign the title of service provider to some users so that they can “resolve” the services themselves. How would that be possible?Any help will be much appreciated!  Thank you all.

TU700 SN cannot be found in Verify after installation

Hi,I connected a TU700 instead of a TU600, and still, I cannot find the device in Verify. The message I receive when I type in the serial number is “An unexpected error occurred while trying to fetch device identity. Server returned no data”. I have attached a screenshot of the error I got. The light pattern on the TU700 is correct (steady green, blinking red), and the wiring is correct, but the TU700 is not detectable. Old data will not dissaperar

If Can data/advanced sensors data is no longer available either because it is removed from the profile or no longer available in a vehicle after a software update the line in advanced signals doesn't dissapear. Ideally a signal should dissapear if it is not captured for a few weeks. We have units that are a few years old where a lot of the data is captured three years ago but still visible in manager. This provides a really messy overview for the customer.

TU700 Acces Management Configuration can't be changed

We have a TU700 that still behaves as if set to “Unlocked for key” though we have changed it to “Unlocked for all”.It’s not a connectivity issue.Has anyone else seen this issue and is there a fix?

Can the Trackunit prevent theft ?

Monitor the movement of your assets and receive alerts if they leave a predefined area to keep your fleet secure.Setup alert in simple steps:Sign in to Trackunit manager, Create new alert, Choose the Site-based Theft Alert. Set the site for which you want to get Triggers. Select Assets in the site that need to be monitored. Choose the People that need to be notified of these alerts. Set the name of your alert, review the alert configuration, and click Create alert.

Why am i being charged twice??

Ok, so i had some funny emails this morning. First one was called a “credit memo” I have no idea at all what that is..Second one was an invoice, but it covers about 6 months i have already paid for. Tried contacting trackunit but they are a waste of  time and merely want to send you a link to something totally unrelated..What do i do..
