Old data will not dissaperar

If Can data/advanced sensors data is no longer available either because it is removed from the profile or no longer available in a vehicle after a software update the line in advanced signals doesn't dissapear. Ideally a signal should dissapear if it is not captured for a few weeks. We have units that are a few years old where a lot of the data is captured three years ago but still visible in manager. This provides a really messy overview for the customer.

Movement versus Location(address)

Hi there,I am questioning myself on how the “Movement” works. For example; I have a trailer-mounted generator. If I run an activity report, when there is activity, there is an address.In that report, I see all the addresses of the job sites it’s been on. But, I’m guessing that since the engine it is not running while transported, no movement is recorded.So the question is, is the Movement only considered while the engine is running? Thanks to anyone who can help me!

SANY SY50U with trackunit

i installed a TU600-25 trackunit in november 2023 in a 2023 SANY SY50U excavator, with can connected to can3, now, a year later, when i start the machine, 10 seconds after starting the engine, a P802 code appears on the screen. i unplug the trackunit, start the machine, no codes, i replaced the module, no P802, until i activate the device in verify, then P802 reappear on the screen. i double checked the wiring, i’m connected on CN-201F deutsch plug, canh and canl are on the right wire, i have 60 ohm so it’s non-terminated. and voltage is 2.3v and 2.6v. seems that we have the same issue on SY60 and SY80 models. anyone came across similar issues?

Question on the pink cable

Asking on behalf of a user: I have a question regarding the pink cable that is used to land on the chassis of a device. In an internal combustion device, I understand well that this cable is connected to the chassis because the negative cable of the 12-volt battery is also connected in that position. But what I still don't understand is whether said pink cable should be connected or not if the equipment is electrically powered, for example 48 volts, and whose negative is not connected to the chassis. In that case, does it make any sense to connect the pink cable to the chassis?

service plan offset hours not working

hii am creating service plan 2000k hrs service, and updating to recurrent service to offset.but my asset service due is not offset it comes fixed, for eg TT-1212 SERVICE ASSIGN ON 32400 HRS so due should be 34400hrs but it will be due on 34000 hrs. can you help me creating service plan.

Cannot see Movement

Hello! I’m missing “Movement” (“Rörelse” in Swedish) in the side panel when on a machine page. Unfortunately TrackUnit support only redirects me to their FAQ. I’m admin and have all boxes checked. If anybody here could help me with this I’d be very greatful. Thanks!

Speeding alert based on speed limit

Am I able to set up a speeding alert based on speed limit, not just a set speed? EX; 10 mph over the speed limit. If I set up an alert for 75 mph, it doesn’t help if they are doing 55 in a 25.

issue with input 2

Good morning. i installed a tu600 thursday on a wacker neuson rc70, my brown and white wire are connected together on the ignition, when i start the machine, in verify and manager, input 1 is on, and input 2 is off, and no can reading. I re-checked my connection, everything is ok, i changed the unit and kept the harness already in the machine, same problem, so i replaced the harness, same problem with both module, and i still don’t have any can reading, on other rc70, i have about 30 to 33 data in insight. This morning, i started the machine, input 2 is still off and still no data, since my white and brown wires are together, i guess the problem could come from manager, and since input 2 is off in manager, is it possible that the trackunit is not reading any data because input 2 is off? I need help please ;-)trackunit number is xxxxxx and the second one for testing is xxxxxxx

Easy Manager - menu line missing (classic view)

Hello.One of our service managers is missing his Classic view menu (see screenshot). If he changes to other view and back in the left menu, he can see the top menu for a split second, but it disappears again. This is in Chrome browser.If he logs in on Edge (other browser), it works, but company policy is Chrome.Suggestions on how to solve this?

The speed of page loading has been very poor for some time. Are the developers aware of this?What used to take 1-2 seconds now takes 5-10 seconds.A detailed query from several days can only be processed with a significant delay.

What is the new partner?

In "Trackunit manager", under "Administration", under "Accounts", does "Partners" mean sharing and transferring equipment within the same management Account (within the same company)?Or is it possible to share and transfer equipment by adding a new partner from a different company (different management Account) by contacting the support team?
