Add your Machine's model in the Specification

Were you looking for a specific Machine’s model while updating in the Specification but your Machine’s model name is not in the list? 😟We have the solution for you! 😃You can create and add your Machine’s model 👏1.) Under Specifications, select Edit2.) Select the 'x' button to remove the model that has been added to the asset.3.) Type in the model name of the machine, scroll down to see the “Create xxxx” and then select "Save".Your Machine’s model is now added to the list! 😍

How do I differentiate Kin tags from other 3rd party tags when I export my fleet to .XLSX?

When you export your fleet to .XLSX format, on My Fleet, a way to know which type of Bluetooth tag is installed on your assets is by looking at the prefix on the “Telematics Device Serial #” column inside the .XLSX file.Trackunit Kin tags starts with BT-2159Other 3rd party tags have different formats.For example, Hilti tags starts with BT-780

Separate the Service warnings and the Malfunction warnings

In Trackunit Manager, or in Classic, I would like to separate the “malfunction criticals” from the “service criticals”.For example, today in Manager, I have 74 ”criticals”. Generac MLT6 SKDS light towers, quantity 18, no in depth telematics still

I have been trying to get the telematics set up (including fuel level, etc) for almost 2 months but have been tossed around and forgotten about numerous times. I signed for a telematics plan to gain more visibility into unit details, especially fuel level. I still cannot view the fuel level. The towers are being used extensively and I really need to this set up, this is causing us serious issues.
