Buonaseranon riesco a trasferire la proprietà di una macchina ad un nostro cliente, l’anagrafica del cliente è stata caricata ma non appare nell’elenco, ne dalla scelta clienti ne dalla scelta gps. Grazie.

Vertrag kündigen... Wo und wie???

Wo kann man diese  unglücklichen Verträge kündigen??? Spricht man hier auch Deutsch?? Trackunit kann nur eins:die Preise Jährlich anheben. Support und Technik bleiben auf der Strecke. Die nächst “Preisanpassung” mach ich nicht mehr mit! Es gibt genug vergleichbar oder gar bessere Mitbewerber die eben nicht jedes Jahr die Preise anziehen.Also, wo und wie kann ich das kündigen? Es gibt kein Vertrag oder Möglichkeit es im Account zu tun.

developments around Kin Technology

Hi Trackunit, our organization is applying KIN technology on a lot of our machine attachments. Currently we have more than 700 active KIN devices in our fleet. We however are being facing with missing platform functionalities. We have been addressing these multiple times, so maybe we can get into a conversation on these on the short term?Reporting on KIN’s is still very limited. For example, I am not able to report on a machine level which KIN’s are associated to a machine. We can only see which KIN was reported over which device. This is a very big limitation!Will the GPS accuracy improve of reported KIN’s? When a high number of KIN’s are located on one stop (depot) is practically impossible to pin-point a specific unit.When will we be able to directly add a new KIN towards a group?When can we expect a KIN specific API? We have another 800 attachments on which we want to connect the KIN technology, but without the above features, the business case doesn’t justify the investment anymor

Troubleshooting AEMP Mirrored Unit Visibility between ONEi3 & Manager Platform

Should you encounter challenges in identifying your AEMP mirrored units within the ONEi3 platform and transitioning them to the manager platform, we present a set of technical steps to assist you:Verify Telematic Device Presence in ONEi3 Account: Initiate by confirming the presence of the unit in your ONEi3 account using the Equipment Serial Number (ESN), a 10-digit identifier that commences with '7' (e.g., 7xxx xxx xxx). Configure Manager Account with Proper Serial Prefix: Within your manager account, introduce a specific serial prefix by adding "M7-" to the beginning of the serial number. The resulting format should be M7-7xxx xxx xxx.   Check Manager for Device Population: Check the manager platform for device population. If the device is visible in the manager platform, it will be duly populated under the new prefix. If the device remains unpopulated, promptly submit a support request. Request Assistance for Device Migration/Visibility: If the device does not populate within the

Addressing Satellite Tracking (Satrak) Device Location Anomalies.

In specific scenarios, you may observe instances where Satrak devices exhibit teleporting, indicating sudden location changes. This phenomenon can be attributed to either geographical discrepancies or fluctuating cellular signal strengths within the usage area.To address this matter technically, follow these steps:Locate and Reboot the Telematic Device: If the anomaly persists, pinpoint the telematic device in question. Proceed to initiate a reboot by disconnecting the device from its power supply. Allow for a 10 to 20-minute interval before reconnecting the device to the power supply.If the above action fails to yield the desired outcome, do not hesitate to contact our dedicated technical support team.

Deactivating an Asset in ONEi3

To deactivate an asset within the ONEi3 platform, follow these technical steps:Locate the Target Device: Begin by locating the specific device that requires deactivation. Access Device Details: On the device detail line, positioned on the right side of the screen, you will find a cogwheel icon.   Initiate Deactivation: Click on the drop-down arrow beside the cogwheel to unveil additional options. Among them, you will find the 'Deactivate' option.   Note: Deleting the device will result in its removal from the ONEi3 platform.Should further assistance be required, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Updating Equipment Details on the ONEi3 Platform

To update equipment details on the ONEi3 platform, follow this procedural guide:Locate the Asset: Begin by searching for the asset requiring metadata updates in the Device section. Alternatively, utilize the Asset tab and search using the asset name. Access Asset Details: Once the asset is located, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "View Details" for the respective asset.   Edit Asset Information: a. Within the asset details page, click on the pencil icon located beside the asset name. b. This action will enable you to modify key asset information such as Name, Model Year, VIN, Make, and Model.   Save Changes: Ensure all necessary modifications are made, and once complete, remember to save the changes for them to take effect.Feel free to reach out if you require further assistance during this process.

In case of encountering an access management challenge within the ONEi3 platform, particularly if your device is not visible in the Access Management tab, we present a technical guide to diagnose and rectify this issue:Verify Keypad Integration for Access Management: Begin by confirming whether a keypad is installed on the telematics device. If not, a keypad module must be installed to enable access management. Device Configuration Verification: a. If a keypad is installed, proceed to the Device tab and initiate a search for the device. b. Upon locating the device, validate the presence of the Access Management package within the device details' Packages section.   Access Management Status Check: Navigate to the Access Management tab and search for the device to verify its assignment status and keypad connection state. Access control - different kind of keys

Hello!I started today with the access control. I have read the manuals for setting. In this documentation it is written that there is an administrative key and a priority key.Can someone explain me what is the difference between a normal key and a priority key?And I don't see in my settings the field to assign the administrative key. Why my machine is working 24 hours ?

Hi all,Have you ever seen a machine working 24h per day?Don’t worry, this behavior can be quickly corrected.Most of time it happen when the machine Main Switch is activated.To correct it : the pink wire (Input 4) must be connected to the ground :Last step : go on Verify and activate the Input Filtering option : Please note : after the activation the configuration will be updated after the next time data is sent.

Trackunit Manager Status?

Which wires are mandatory for a Trackunit installation ?

In our specifications we ask to connect at least 4 mandatory wires and an additional one depending of the machine isolator type. Among those 4 (+1) wires we have :- The red and the dark blue wires. They are the wire for the unit power supply. To allow the unit to wake up and work and charge the internal backup battery the unit need to be connected to a proper power supply. The red wires is the (+) and the dark blue for the ground signal (-) .The 2 others mandatory inputs are the white wire (input 1) and the brown wire (input 2)- The White wire (IN1) signal will mainly be used to determine the machine activity (total hours or productive hours) , the machine status and engine status.- The Brown wire (IN2) signal will allow the system to capture operating time, and the unit to register trips, kilometers and odometer. It is also the default signal as access control sensor and is also the signal that trigger the CAN data readings when connected. This input is also a backup solution for idle

Satrak unit does not update? (For UK Customers)

Do a hard reboot Disconnect the main Satrak unit/device from the power supply for 20 minutes and pull the sim card out. After 20 minutes put everything back together and the unit should update. If this does not work, we can have a look into arranging an engineer to come out and check the unit and see if it needs replacing.

This has to be done through the Trackunit GO App on your smartphone. To delete a KIN unit, you need to follow the below steps Open Trackunit GO and do the following Go to Assets Go to the KIN you want to delete Click the three dots ... Click Delete asset

A Trackunit Tech Supporter Can't Find Your Machine?

Have you ever reported an issue using your 🚛 Machine's details and the Tech Supporter that receives the case tells you they don't have your machine in their records and is asking for a serial number. Quite annoying isn't it? 😤 Where would you be able to find the serial number they are asking you for.One tip from a Trackunit Tech Supporter, as soon as you have your unit activated, you can have it customized to your preference once it is in your account. 😃We have our Specifications tab available to both Trackunit Manager and Trackunit Go app where you can fill in information like the name of unit, brand of equipment, type, model, production year, and VIN to easily identify your asset in the system.Once saved, this information will be updated to all our platforms.
