Unit 18871Unit will start with any code or without putting in a code. Do we have it set up wrong? Access Control Mode says Use Access Keys after we set the code on it.
Hello, I am a dealer and have bought a machine from another dealer.My dealer has already given me Track Unit access, I can see the machine.My dealer is registered in the program as the owner of the machineNow I would like to give my end customer (who used and paid for the machine) access. I have already created an account for the end customer via Administration > Account > and have also logged in as a test. However, the end customer cannot see the machine and I am not the owner of the machine. The owner is the other dealer from whom I got the machine and I, as the dealer, must now explain and give the end customer TrackUnit access. I am asking for help. I have a fleet of units that are being transferred over to Trackunit from Onei3. I am creating service plans for the units and would like to know how to add service history to units so that the service timer is going off of the correct hours for each unit.
I would like to use service management to follow my track life. I can do it on classic but not on new. Need a way to input hours manually. tracking track chains life can't be done by date because it's not always the same.

Hello all!« Manage Custom Fields » was recently added to Manager in the “Specification” menu.We started to use the following fields: Engine Fuel Type, Engine manufacturer, Engine model, Engine serial number.From the menu “My Fleet”, I don’t see the information entered in the fields mentioned above.Does anyone have a clue why?My expectation would be to extract an Excel table from “My Fleet” and see this valuable information.
